We ship worldwide.
PRICES AND POSTAGE
Prices are in euro and they include Finnish tax 24% (VAT).
Postage and handling will be added automatically in all orders. We deliver via Priority mail. Orders are sent via Posti with tracking information.
We are a small company producing top quality goods, so please allow up to 14 days for delivery (typically we ship faster).
International customers are responsible for their country’s customs, taxes, duties and/or VAT fees.
Saana ja Olli reserves the right to change the prices.
PAYMENT TERMS
We accept payments via Paypal.
We accept following credit cards: Visa, Visa Electron, Master Card.
RETURNS
If you´re not fully satisfied with our order, you may return purchased products within 14 days from the date on which you received them.
The returned products must be returned complete and unused in their original packaging.
Before sending any returns, contact us by email hello@saanajaolli.com.
After we have received the returned products and checked that the products meet all requirements, we will return the sum of the order.
Unfortunately, the cost of delivery cannot be refunded. We will refund delivery costs only if the product we have sent is incorrect or faulty.
Please note that you are responsible for the product until it reaches us.

TUOTTEEN TILAAMINEN
Saana ja Olli -tuotteita voit ostaa suoraan nettikaupastamme. Tilattuasi tuotteen/tuotteita saat tilausvahvistuksen sähköpostitse. Jos et jostakin syystä saa vahvistusta, otathan meihin yhteyttä sähköpostitse: hello@saanajaolli.com.
Maksu tapahtuu Paypalin kautta ja voit maksaa tuotteen normaalisti tilauksen yhteydessä. Voit siis maksaa tilauksen myös ilman, että sinun tarvitsee rekisteröityä Paypalin asiakkaaksi.
HINNAT JA POSTITUS
Kaikki hinnat ovat ilmoitettu euroina ja tuotteet sisältävät alv. 24%. Pakkaus ja postitus lisätään automaattisesti kaikkiin tilauksiin.
Tilaukset toimitetaan Postin kautta kirjeenä tai postipakettina. Voimme postittaa tuotteen myös postiennakolla, jolloin maksun voi toteuttaa kotimaisilla pankkikorteilla tai käteisellä. Tällöin postituskuluihin lisätään postiennakkomaksu 3,80 euroa.

PALAUTUKSET
Toivomme, että olet tyytyväinen Saana ja Olli -tuotteeseen. Kaikki tuotteemme tarkastetaan käsin, mutta jos et jostakin syystä ole tyytyväinen tilaukseen, voit palauttaa tuotteen 14 päivän sisällä tuotteen vastaanottamisesta. Tuote tulee palauttaa alkuperäisessä kunnossa, käyttämättömänä ja kaikki alkuperäiset laput kiinnitettyinä. Tilaaja vastaa tuotteen palautuksesta ja siitä aiheutuvista kuluista. Saana ja Olli korvaa postituskulut siinä tapauksessa, jos tuote on viallinen tai väärä.
Rahat palautetaan tilaajalle, kun tuote on vastaaotettu, tarkastettu ja palautus täyttää yllä mainitut ehdot.
